Managing Self Problem solving

Choices

Written by Jill Farmer

These ideas helped me out tremendously.

#1– When I choose compassion over judgement, it dissolves a lot of my suffering. Judgement is hard work and soooo depleting.unnamed (1)
#2– We can’t always choose what happens, but we can always choose how we respond to it.
#3– Whenever I feel panicky or stressed, I am forgetting to survey my choices. There are always choices. They may not be the choice I wanted (and was attached to). But, they are still choices. And, choices are always the way out from feeling trapped (the source of my panic or stress.)
