If you are one of the many people dealing with increased stress and anxiety at this time I encourage you to listen in on my conversation with Bena Stock, LLB, MC.  Bena shared with me some practical tips for managing stress and anxiety and shared with me her 5-4-3-2-1 practice for shifting out of stress and into calm.

Bena is one of my go-to people when it comes to mental wellness.  She is a registered clinical counsellor and a former litigation lawyer. Bena has helped many clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, anger management, relationships, as well as career coaching, and career transition.  You can learn more about her practice at benastock.com.
