I am excited to introduce you to a new leadership program for women lawyers, the Grit and Growth Accelerator, or G&G Accelerator for short.
The G&G Accelerator program is designed to help women lawyers make a powerful start to the New Year with a confidence and resilience-boosting program to kick your inner critic to the curb, uncover some inspiring goals, and up your energy and motivation.
In this G&G Accelerator program you will:

This G&G Accelerator is offered in an on-demand video and PowerPoint format, so you will be able to review the lessons at a time and pace that fits your schedule. Each short lesson comes with assignments to carry out, suggestions for further reading, a discussion board for sharing insights with your classmates, group calls, and you have the opportunity to meet with me, your coach, for four touch-base phone calls at key points in the program.
The course is designed to be completed within two to six months, but you are free to take the entire year to complete it if that is what you need. As a coach I will be encouraging you throughout and helping you commit to action.
The G&G Accelerator is a pilot program offered for the first time in January 2016. Enrolment will be limited to 25 women, and as pilot participants your feedback on the program will be requested. I will be scheduling a personal call with each registrant before the program begins to learn about your personal goals for attending the program.
Pilot participants will benefit from special pilot pricing that is guaranteed to be offered only for this first run of this program. The cost to participate in the pilot is $197/month for three months, or a one-time payment of $497 upon registration.
As a further benefit, pilot participants will be given free access to any new, or updated materials, that are developed for future G&G Accelerator programs.
